We treat your church family's data like our own. This page explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
We store the information your church chooses to put in its directory: names, family relationships, contact details, photos, and the email addresses used to sign in. We also collect basic technical logs (timestamps, IP addresses, error reports) needed to operate the service and keep it secure.
How we use it
Directory information is only shown to people your church has invited. We do not sell directory data, and we do not use it to train ad models or any AI system. We use technical logs to debug problems and prevent abuse.
Who can see what
Each church's directory is isolated. Members of one church cannot see another church's data. Within a church, families control which fields on their own profile are visible to other members.
Retention & deletion
When a church closes its account, its directory data is removed from our active systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days. Individual families can request removal of their record at any time by contacting their church admin.
