By using Just a Church Directory you agree to these terms. We've tried to write them in plain English.
The service
Just a Church Directory provides a private online directory for congregations. We grant your church a non-exclusive right to use the service for the duration of your active subscription.
Your responsibilities
Your church is responsible for the accuracy of the data it uploads, for obtaining consent from members listed in the directory, and for keeping admin credentials secure.
Payments & cancellation
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the admin area; access continues through the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial periods.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to send spam, distribute malware, harass others, or store data unrelated to operating a congregation directory.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranty. We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding twelve months.
